MK Illumination Mexico’s “MK Day”: team building

Here at MK Illumination, we’re not just passionate about crafting one-of-a-kind experiences using lighting and decoration. We’re passionate about the people who help us craft those experiences – otherwise known as the MK Illumination family.
Without the knowledge and enthusiasm and dedication of all of the people who work at MK Illumination worldwide, well… it would be difficult to do what we do!

With that in mind, we thought we’d tell you a bit about MK Illumination Mexico’s “MK Day”.

It has to be said that a team day and team events vary significantly around the world. That’s important: different countries and cultures do things differently (and our cross-cultural awareness is something that we apply to our festive lighting projects around the world, too). In Mexico, the “MK Day” involved a combination of fun team-building events, sharing information, asking for feedback and celebrating the opening of a new facility.

Asking for feedback: getting input from our teams allows us to forge strong relationships

Celebrating growth: this new facility will be an essential part of MK Illumination’s growth in Mexico – and we’re excited!
