Understanding your needs
Before we do anything, we want to get to know you and your festival; your objectives; your challenges; your audience; and much, much more. With that information we can start working on a concept for you that’s just right. -
Crafting a solution
Once we have a tailor-made solution for your festival that we believe is right for you and your space, we create initial visualizations, new motifs, highlights, photo points and more that tell your unique story. -
Planning and production
When you’re happy with our proposed solution for your festival we get started on planning and production. First we make sure that we have precise specifications for every element of your project, a detailed installation plan and a realistic project plan. Using this information, our production facilities manufacture and often hand-finish your lighting products, decoration and other design elements, making sure that each if of the highest quality before packing each item ready for shipping. -
Installation
Things start to get exciting as switch-on day draws near. All lighting products, decoration and design elements arrive, are unpacked and are assembled and wired according to the installation plan. We set up animations and interactive themes. We test everything, make sure that every aspect of your display is perfect, then invite you in for a sneak peek and approval, tweaking and tuning if needed. -
Switch on
Now the fun starts: it’s switch on time! Keep things simple, or turn this into an event for your festival - we’re full of ideas to get you thinking about how to make the most of your switch-on ahead of time if needed. -
Dismantling, maintenance and storage
All good things come to an end eventually and so will your lighting display. When it’s time, we’ll dismantle everything; carry out any essential maintenance; clean, label and package every single light, motif and design element; and then we’ll store your dismantled display in your warehouses, all ready for the next season.
