Emmencenter

For over 40 years, the Emmen Center has been popular with shoppers for its choice, modern architecture, and technological innovations.

For the 2018/2019 festive season, MK Illumination helped the center design and install a brand new festive lighting display to both attract shoppers to the center over the season and create an atmosphere that encouraged longer stays.

The center’s façade featured architectural and contour lighting, and the trees in the outdoor areas were filled with twinkling lights. To complete the exterior effect, a giant Christmas tree filled with lights and decorations welcomed shoppers from afar.

The festive lighting and decoration in the center’s indoor spaces continued the modern festive theme, with over-sized chandeliers filled with gold and red balls hanging from the ceiling, countless points of light adorning the balustrades and bright green garlands filled with light and decoration all contributing to the contemporary Christmas atmosphere.

The result was a consistent holiday experience that enhanced the center’s existing design, inside and out, and that filled the center with festive cheer throughout the season.
