Over the 2019 holiday season, Fox Square received its first-ever Christmas tree, much to the delight of on-lookers, shoppers, and New Yorkers alike. The 30 foot tall custom tree was decorated with red, white and blue lights & ornaments to represent the colors of the USA flag.

The tree was surrounded by free-standing Nutcrackers as well as Nutcrackers standing on red-white-and-blue wrapped gift boxes, ranging from 2 to 9 feet in height.

Fox News reported that some 20,000 visitors attended the switch-on of the tree in early December, and judging by the smiling faces, it was a happy event for one and all.
