Westpoint Shopping Centre, Blacktown – Sydney, Australia

The new West End at Westpoint Shopping Centre came to life with custom designed decorations, adding a contemporary energy to the festive experience for Western Sydney customers.

A series of illuminated red and gold cone trees, gift boxes and cascading lights were strategically placed in green foliage lining the West End void on levels 2 3 and 4, with families stopping to admire the warmth, sparkle and colour.  

For Level 4, we designed an installation that reimagines the traditional Christmas tree surround as both a protective barrier and a sculptural centrepiece. Crafted from lightweight aluminium and finished in a radiant gold tone with rope lighting, the fencing curves and loops in fluid, roller coaster-like forms that evoke motion, excitement, and celebration.

To complete the experience, a series of oversized 3D Teetotums mounted on elegant gold bases  continued the playful, interactive Christmas theme.  Designed at eye level for children around 10 years old, these bold forms with flowing LED waves in red, green and blue invited curiosity and engagement, turning the space into a natural Christmas photo destination. 

The Centre noted improved ambience, family engagement and customer experience with visitors sharing  their excitement directly with the centre, describing the decorations as something that made this year feel truly special.
