Light Compositions

Striking. Two-dimensional. Stylish.
Our popular two-dimensional motifs are ideal for street spans, street lamps or house façades. They are all fitted with the appropriate LED technology so that they harmonize perfectly with each other. Used together, the result is a joyful, festive look and feel. All motifs are delivered without a mains plug.

Eye-catching. Original. Flexible.
Our ever-popular standard light motifs can be customized based on your needs and result in original, flexible combinations. They are especially well suited to festive displays of trees, façades, or even entire buildings. Assembly is made easy thanks to MK Illumination's QuickFix™ system that ensures easy compatibility between all MK products.

Natural. Beautiful. Long Lasting.
We were the first company in the industry to launch “Organic” motifs made of min. 30% renewable material, namely wood from PEFC-certified managed forests. At the time, this was a breakthrough - but for us, it was just the beginning. We have since further developed our Organic series and we are also continuously looking into the use of materials made from renewable raw materials or recycled materials.

The Light Greenery family includes natural-looking trees, garlands and wreaths with the corresponding decorations as well as our classic Christmas pieces. Each can be decorated to meet a variety of tastes.

Maria-Theresien-Straße, Innsbruck, Austria

MK Illumination has been providing festive lighting in its home city of Innsbruck for many years. In 2019, the lighting in Maria-Theresien-Straße was further enhanced by two large illuminated Christmas baubles at the annual Christmas market.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

MK Illumination was delighted to be involved in the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival. The illuminated numbers soon became a popular photo spot and proved to be a social media hit.

Malmö, Schweden

In one of the city's most prominent public spaces, directly opposite the cultural center, the train station and close to the city center, our team from MK Illumination Sweden worked with the city to create a fantastic, festive pink tree.

FIFA, Zurich, Switzerland

How can you celebrate the FIFA World Cup with MK Illumination's lighting designs? Simply by choosing a realistic 3D football lighting concept! These footballs have been placed in the outdoor area of the striking FIFA headquarters in Zurich.

The Channel Gardens, Rockefeller Center, NY, USA

Listen to the trumpeting angels as MK Illumination creates a romantic Christmas atmosphere in front of the famous Rockefeller Center in the heart of New York!

Livit AG, St. Gallen, Switzerland

To delight customers and employees during the Christmas season, LEVIT AG worked with MK Illumiantion Switzerland to develop a lighting concept that would attract attention.

Alpenrast Tyrol, Austria

Alpenrast Tyrol is much more than a motorway service area. It is a diverse and romantic world in its own right. The architecture was inspired by the rural culture of the Oberland. MK Illumination's modern lighting concept, with its warm white light colour, emphasises this homely atmosphere.

Bremerhaven, Germany

The project in Bremerhaven was expanded this year to include a number of highlights. More trees have been illuminated and a 3D Cute Santa and a Tyrol star complete the concept. Both motifs are popular photo objects and have been shared countless times on social media.

The Mall of Emirates, Dubai, UAE

The Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, one of the world's most popular shopping centres, was given a new look to celebrate its 10th anniversary. For the first time, the entire mall was illuminated with a festive lighting display by MK Illumination Turkey.

Mall of Tripla, Helsinki, Finland

MK Finland, together with the Swedish and Estonian team, has designed a traditional Himmeli Christmas decoration with a modern touch especially for the Mall of Tripla in Helsinki.

Europark, Maribor, Slovenia

Europark is a shopping center in Maribor, Slovenia, whose lighting and decorations were a real highlight for visitors of all ages during the festive season!
