A great supplier is only as good as the people who work for them. We know that people thrive when treated fairly, which is why this is an important factor in choosing suppliers. We expect our suppliers to comply with all relevant laws, regulations and licenses and have a zero-tolerance policy for violations. As a member of Amfori, the leading global business association for open and sustainable trade, and through our Supplier Code of Conduct and regular exchanges, we monitor and influence suppliers to reduce and minimize practices that have negative effects on their people.
