An atmosphere to enjoy and glowing memories!

MK Illumination Japan is the total producer of lighting festival Festa Luce, including design, construction and event management. In 2023, with the catchphrase "Light up!" light events were held in two other locations in Wakayama Prefecture under the direction of Festa Luce.

A light festival called "Festa Luce" is held in the night-time theme park and has attracted 630,000 visitors over the past fix years. The objective is to increase the number of visitors to Wakayama City and to revitalise the region by organising events to attract tourists during quieter periods of the year. The theme park is also modelled on a European-style port town and an old castle, and another aim is to illuminate the place so that children can experience a real European Christmas and become interested in looking at the world.
